SPA POLICIES

*Gift Certificates

Gift certificates must be present at the time of the service to be redeemed. Gift certificates are not refundable and not redeemable if lost, stolen or altered. 

*Visitors & Children Policy 

Due to our limited space and our quest to maintain the spa's ambiance, the spa facilities are reserved for clients only.  Children (aged 12 +) are permitted in the spa area if they are booked for a service. For safety considerations of your children and the comfort of other guests, no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa unless booked for a service. 

*Age Requirement

All spa guests must be 12 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 18 must have parental consent. 

*Late Policy

If you arrive late, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible, however you will be charged in full for your service.
